Tracy Ruckman is a freelance writer, editor, and photographer living in the deep South. She has published numerous articles in newspapers, magazines, and online markets, and one of her stories is published in the best-selling book Christmas Miracles. She published A Pixel-Perfect Christmas, a compilation of Chistmas stories by several authors, in 2009. She is currently developing several screenplays.

Tracy's life experiences have been invaluable to her career as a writer. She's been a hotel desk clerk, truck farmer, newspaper owner (which included writing, editing, photography, sales, layout, circulation, and even janitorial work!), salesman, advertising exec, fulltime RVer, web content writer and editor, and novelist. Last fall, she added full-time student to her list of current occupations.

She recently launched Pix-N-Pens Publishing - an evangelical book publishing company. The call for submissions is open from May to August only.
